The doctors and staff of Trosnant Lodge would like to reassure our patients that the surgery is open and we are still treating patients.

Between the 1st January and 31st May 2021 the surgery carried out the following:

• 10,887 telephone consultations
• 6819 face to face consultations
• 145 home visits

We also answered 63033 incoming calls and carried out 2156 Covid-19 vaccinations.

During this time 548 face to face appointments were not attended, which amounts to over 100 hours of wasted clinical time.

Our telephone lines are very busy at present so we do ask you to be patient when calling. If you are phoning with a query that is not urgent, you can use the contact us option on the home page of this website and you should receive a response from the practice within 2 working days.

We do ask that you treat our receptionists with respect. Any instances of aggressive or abusive behaviour towards any of our team, including our reception team, will not be tolerated.
