- 6,613 of these calls were answered within 2 minutes.
- 1,572 of these calls were abandoned by the caller before they could be answered by a member of the team.
- Our prescription clerks issues 19,284 items on prescription.
- Our secretaries types 252 referrals that had been arranged by our clinical team.
- 122 fit notes were issues to patients who were unable to work.
- We sent 270 letters or reply emails to patients.
- 4,326 text messages were sent to patients.
- We received 2,129 emails from patients.
- 3,914 patients had an appointment at the practice with one of our clinical team.
- However, 259 of these appointments were not attended or the patient did not answer their phone when the doctor called them. It is important that if you no longer need an appointment that you cancel this so it can be offered to another patient who may need this.
