In November 2025 the Practice:

  • Received 5075 calls into the surgery.
  • 3466 of these calls were answered within 2 minutes.
  • 483 of these calls were abandoned by the caller before they could be answered by a member of the team.
  • Our prescription clerks issues 14,395 items on prescription.
  • Our secretaries typed 744 referrals that had been arranged by our clinical team.
  • 327 fit notes were issues to patients who were unable to work.
  • We sent 328 letters or reply emails to patients.
  • 3458 text messages were sent to patients.
  • We received 2381 emails from patients.
  • 3,389 patients had an appointment at the practice with one of our clinical team.
  • However, 299 of these appointments were not attended or the patient did not answer their phone when the doctor called them. It is important that if you no longer need an appointment that you cancel this so it can be offered to another patient who may need this.
