In March 2025 the Practice:

  • Received 4990 calls into the surgery.
  • 830 of these calls were answered within 2 minutes.
  • 525 of these calls were abandoned by the caller before they could be answered by a member of the team.
  • Our prescription clerks issues 15,632 items on prescription.
  • Our secretaries types 367 referrals that had been arranged by our clinical team.
  • 142 fit notes were issues to patients who were unable to work.
  • We sent 363 letters or reply emails to patients and 707 text messages were sent to patients.
  • We received 2,167 emails from patients.
  • 4,501 patients had an appointment at the practice with one of our clinical team.
  • However, 334 of these appointments were not attended or the patient did not answer their phone when the doctor called them. It is important that if you no longer need an appointment that you cancel this so it can be offered to another patient who may need this.
