- Received 10,571 calls into the surgery.
- 7,284 of these calls were answered within 2 minutes.
- 2,304 of these calls were abandoned by the caller before they could be answered by a member of the team.
- Our prescription clerks issues 17,450 items on prescription.
- Our secretaries types 186 referrals that had been arranged by our clinical team.
- 116 fit notes were issues to patients who were unable to work.
- We sent 126 letters or reply emails to patients and 671 text messages were sent to patients.
- We received 2,191 emails from patients.
- 3,821 patients had an appointment at the practice with one of our clinical team.
- However, 332 of these appointments were not attended or the patient did not answer their phone when the doctor called them. It is important that if you no longer need an appointment that you cancel this so it can be offered to another patient who may need this.
