In December 2024 the Practice:

  • Received 10,106 calls into the surgery.
  • 6,953 of these calls were answered within 2 minutes.
  • 2,007 of these calls were abandoned by the caller before they could be answered by a member of the team.
  • Our prescription clerks issues 19,704 items on prescription.
  • Our secretaries types 237 referrals that had been arranged by our clinical team.
  • 141 fit notes were issues to patients who were unable to work.
  • We sent 427 letters or reply emails to patients.
  • 564 text messages were sent to patients.
  • We received 2,244 emails from patients.
  • 3,854 patients had an appointment at the practice with one of our clinical team.
  • However, 335 of these appointments were not attended or the patient did not answer their phone when the doctor called them. It is important that if you no longer need an appointment that you cancel this so it can be offered to another patient who may need this.
