TELEPHONE CALLS:
- Trosnant Lodge Surgery received 39,081 incoming telephone calls.
- Of those calls, 11,829 calls were answered within 2 minutes.
- 5,722 patients abandoned the call before it was answered.
ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS:
- Our prescription clerks issues 20,369 items on prescription.
- 172 referrals were typed by our admin team and sent to secondary care services.
- Our GP’s provided 148 Fit Notes to patients who were unable to work.
- 30 letters and 307 text messages were sent to patients.
- The surgery received 1560 incoming emails.
APPOINTMENTS:
- 4716 appointments were booked for patients.
- We would like to thank the 4437 patients who attended their appointment or answered their telephone when the clinician phoned.
- 279 patients did not attend their appointment. Please remember to contact us if you are no longer able to attend a booked appointment, even a telephone consultation, so that this can be offered to another patient.
