| North Road Surgery will be temporarily closing from week commencing 23rd March 2020. Prescriptions will need to be ordered at Trosnant Lodge, via My Health Online, via email or via your pharmacy. |
| Our receptionists will no longer be booking emergency appointments, all patients requesting an emergency appointment will receive a telephone call from a doctor in the first instance. Following advice from Welsh Government we will also be suspending all appointment booking via My Health Online. |
| Where possible, our doctors and nurses will be carrying out consultations over the telephone rather than face to face for all routine and urgent appointments. |
| Patients will no longer be able to collect their prescriptions directly from the surgery. We will be sending all of these directly to a pharmacy of your choice. Please can you ensure that you include your nominated pharmacy details with your repeat prescription order. |
