Please allow 48 hours notice for the surgery to produce repeat prescriptions. Ensure you place your request in early if you are planning a holiday when your repeat prescription is due and for periods which include Bank holidays.
Repeat prescriptions can be ordered via the NHS Wales app, by email to prescriptions.w93055@wales.nhs.uk or via the prescription order form to the right, or by returning the right hand side of your prescription with the items required clearly indicated.
We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you will be asked to make an appointment.
Please note we cannot accept repeat prescription requests over the telephone ! If you contact the surgery with regards to a prescription, you will be asked to put your request or query in writing to us.
