Trosnant Lodge

Self help and useful information

As well as our practice, there are many other local NHS services you can contact for health advice, information or treatment.

Before you contact an NHS service, remember that self-care is recommended for many minor conditions or ailments, and medical care from a doctor is often not required.

Please use the handy guides, provided by the doctors from Trosnant Lodge, for advice on how to manage some of these common ailments.

You can also obtain medication for free from the pharmacy for lots of these conditions under the common ailment scheme.

Please be advised, that you may be directed to these self-help guides if you contact the surgery for an appointment for something that can be managed at home and does not require an appointment.
