IMPORTANT – PATIENTS PLEASE READ

Week commencing 28th July the surgery will be moving to a new clinical system and will have limited access to patients records during this time.

Because of this please read the following actions that the surgery will be taking, and that you should take during this time:

  • During this week, we will only be offering appointments for clinically urgent problems and will have no routine pre-bookable slots available with any of our clinical team, including the nursing staff.
  • If your medication is due to be ordered between 28th July and 1st August please place your order with the surgery week commencing 21st July. ONLY those patients who are due to order their medication between 28th July and 1st August will have their orders processed early. DO NOT place an early order if your prescription is not due that week as this will not be processed. Normal service will be in place week commencing 21st July and we will return to normal service from 4th August.
  • There will be no access to the NHS App from 23rd July until 4th August. There is no need to re-register for this service and you will be able to log in as normal after 4th August.
  • Any requests for medical records or medical reports may experience a delay during this period, as we will have limited access to our computer systems.
  • People wishing to register with the surgery can still attend to complete the necessary paperwork, however no new patients will be added to our system between 16th July and 6th August. During this time you will still need to access medical care and prescriptions from your current practice.

We ask that you treat our staff with patience and respect in the lead up to, during and after our migration to the new system.  Things may take a little longer as staff get used to the new clinical system. Any aggression or abuse will not be tolerated.

Thank you for your understanding.
